Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Shubh Travel.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or by calling +91 7393936793.
  • Booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call, WhatsApp, or email from Shubh Travel.
  • Please provide accurate details (pickup, drop, date, time, contact) for a smooth experience.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, UPI, and online transfers. Advance payment may be required for outstation or special bookings.
  • Full payment must be made before or at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
  • All fares are communicated transparently. No hidden charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup for local rides.
  • For outstation or special bookings, cancellation charges may apply if cancelled within 6 hours of pickup.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Service Usage

  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Any damage to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior information and approval.

5. Delays & Liability

  • We strive for on-time pickup, but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shubh Travel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip.
